Booking Information

 

As the contracted photographer for SPHS, your student's yearbook image is required to be taken with Studio 94 Photography. Seniors will take their ID picture at the beginning of the school year, however the official yearbook image is taken at a different time. We offer several in-studio sessions as well as a free on-campus date.

The Deadline to take your Senior Yearbook Picture is September 15th, 2024.

To book a session, please read each session option to decide 

which one you would like.

All sessions will be done at our Escondido Studio.

 

Each session has a non-refundable session fee 

that is collected at the time of scheduling. The session fee 

does secure your desired timeslot.

 

July sessions receive a 20% discount if you order at the 

time of your session! If you are scheduled for a date after 

July, you will receive a 10% discount if you order at the time 

of your session. Session fees do not get applied to orders.

Online Booking Information-

 

You will need these login credentials:

 

User - Student's school ID number

Password - Last name of the student (case sensitive)

Option 1 - Professional Standard Session $35

(Our most chosen option by far)

Our Professional Standard Session does have a $35 

non-refundable session fee that is collected at the time of scheduling.

 

This session includes three sets of photos:
The yearbook photo, outfit of choice and cap and gown

  • 5 poses on the yearbook background in your own yearbook outfit. Students do get to choose which image to send to the school. This session includes a free standard retouch on the chosen yearbook image.
  • 10 poses in an outfit of your choice. Students can wear anything they want. Consider bringing props such as 
    sports items, musical instruments, or even pets!
  • 10 poses in the official cap and gown regalia which we provide for the images.

(For the outfit of choice and cap and gown images, you get to choose a background for each)

 

 

 

Please give us a 72 hour notice for any cancellations or postponements.
No shows or late cancellations will result in a $20 rescheduling fee. 

Yearbook image changes will be subject to a $15 fee. 

Option 2 - Yearbook Only 
Session $20

Our Yearbook Only session is for those who would like just the senior yearbook image with no adjustments or other images.

 

This session does have a $20 non-refundable session fee that is collected at the time of scheduling. 
This session is ONLY available starting in October. Please call our office to book this session!

  • 5 poses on the yearbook background in your own yearbook outfit. Students do get to choose which image to send to the school. 
  • This session does NOT include retouching on the yearbook choice. Retouching options are available as add-ons for this session. 

If you are interested in adding on retouching, we suggest booking the Professional Standard Session that does come with a free standard retouch for the yearbook choice and it will save you $5!

Option 3 - SPLIT Professional Standard Session $35

The Split Professional Standard Session is the same as the Professional Standard Session which has a $35 non-refundable fee that is collected at the time of scheduling. 

 

However, we have you come in for the yearbook picture ONLY by the yearbook deadline. Then we will schedule a later session after the deadlines to take your Cap & Gown and Outfit of Choice pictures. Both parts to the session must be scheduled over the phone.

 

First Session (available starting in October before the 

yearbook deadline):

  • 5 poses on the yearbook background in your own yearbook outfit. Students do get to choose which image to send to the school. This session includes a free standard retouch on the chosen yearbook image.

Second Session (we normally start scheduling the second 

part in December):

  • 10 poses on an outfit of your choice. Students can wear anything they want. Consider bringing props such as 
    sports items, musical instruments, or even pets!
  • 10 poses in the official cap and gown regalia which we provide for the images.

(For the outfit of choice and cap and gown images, you get to choose a background for each)

Option 4 - Free 
On-Campus Yearbook Day 

 This is a free session that we offer to students that is done on campus. 

 

There are no professional services for free with this session, which includes no pre-scheduled sessions. There is no guarantee of quality with this image. It is very similar to registration days where the students come in and get their picture taken. 

  • Only one image per student and they do not get to see it beforehand. 

There will be no opportunity for the student to choose their image. Retouching options for this image can NOT be added. It will be placed forever in the yearbook looking just as the student did when they sat with us.
