Booking Information


We are now scheduling photo sessions for the 2024 Graduates!

Sessions will take place on campus February 13th-16th, 2024. 

An appointment is required, and you can make that here by clicking the link below.

How to Book

To book a session, you can use the link below. Make sure to select "Create a New Account" when scheduling the session.


When considering your appointment,  choose a date and time that works best with your schedule so you can spend at least an hour with us to view and order your images. Make sure to fill out the information form to secure the time and date.

What does the session include?

The session is free and includes two sets of photos:

Professional attire and cap and gown

  • 10 poses in professional attire that you will provide. You will choose one of these images for the composite board before the session is over.
  • 10 poses in your official cap & gown regalia that we will provide.

We will show you the images immediately following your session.

If you order at the time of your session, you receive a 20% discount on your entire order! Orders placed after your session will be at regular price.

Terms and Conditions

All images taken by Studio 94 Photography Inc. are copyright protected. It is against the law to reproduce our images in any way without our written consent. Even scanning proofs or photographing images with a cell phone or camera is against the law. Copied images will result in a fine and possible imprisonment. We work very hard to produce a great portrait for you; please honor that hard work by purchasing pictures without risking prosecution.

Appointment Changes or Appointment Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a session please call our office (951-696-2002) as soon as possible to make the time available for someone else. We do have a 72 hour reschedule/cancellation policy. If we receive less than a 72 hour notice, your session fee will be forfeited and a new one must be paid before rescheduling. All session fees are non-refundable which means cancellations will not receive a refund.

Order Changes or Order Cancellations: All orders are entered into production 24 hours following order placement. Our goal is to return your photo package as soon as possible. However, any orders canceled in production will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Changes in orders while in production will result in a $25 charge in addition to any package change cost differences. All returned checks are subject to a $30 charge in addition to any previous balance due.
